bought a robe for family mamber who passed away before it arrived. Tried to return it, still in original package and was told that you didnt accept returns since your supplier wouldnt honor it. Now. What kind of crap is that?

Hi Gideon, I am very sorry that this policy is not what you expected. I also wish this was not the case and I have worked very hard to get them to change their policy. It is unfortunately out of my hands. My condolences for your loss 🙏
