I buy a lot of wine. These people are great! Most efficient people I have encountered. They even answer their phone. Amazing!! I haven't tasted the wine but I'm assuming it's been handled correctly. Why wouldn't I? They are probably the most efficient entity doing this kind of work I've ever experienced. I rarely get to write a review this laudatory but damn they deserve it.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Upgraded the shipping so it would make it in time for our anniversary. I was very impressed.

Lauryn was extremely helpful with my order. She informed me of the hot weather conditions and worked with me to choose the best method for shipping. My family members loved the wine as they were appreciation gifts to them. Thanks Lauryn!
