EstatelyAt Estately, we believe more people should be able to own the home they want in a community they love. Estately Land Lease helps make that possible by purchasing the land while the homebuyer purchases and owns the home, reducing the amount they need to finance and lowering initial monthly payments. Our team brings experience across real estate, technology, and finance, united by a simple mission: expanding successful homeownership and giving more people the opportunity to put down roots where they want to live.

Would like more features. Ability to sort favorites by various parameters. But overall I like it waaaay better than most apps I’ve tried.

I no longer receive email updates when there has been any change to a property I have "SAVED". When was this practice discontinued?? I would rate them 5 stars otherwise.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review! I'm sorry to hear about the email issues. I had a chance to dig into it a bit and it looks to be a spam issue. I sent you an email to follow up with a suggestion of a possible fix. Please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] and I'd be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. -Hannah, Product Manager at Estately
