It has been just over a year since my Mom's passing and I became the Executor of her Estate. I have three friends who were beneficiaries of an estate and all three are still waiting for resolution...10 years for one and 5 years for our good friend. They told me that the worst has been no communication and not knowing where they stand in the process. I decided that would not be with my brothers. I was going to be transparent every step of the way. It has been just over a year since Mom's passing and I'm nearing the end of this process, helps that I don't work because I've been able to log in over 900 hours?! Bottom line is I found a program that was able to allow me to get to this point called EstateExec...was my saving grace!

I discovered Estate Exec six months into being the Executor of an estate. I wish I had discovered it earlier! It would have saved me quite a bit of anguish due to some mis-steps. But even though discovering it late, it made the estate accounting a breeze and helped get all the beneficiaries to sign off!

The EstateExec app was a tremendous help walking me through all the tasks I needed to go thru when my Dad died. My mom is still living, she is 93 but when she passes, I will be using EstateExec again to walk me thru all of the steps and make sure I don’t miss crucial timeframes in getting the tasks completed.

EstateExec is a excellent program if you are the executor of an estate of any size. It is easy to use and very intuitive, so no prior experience is needed. It also has "tips" to give easy to understand hints on what to do for a particular task. I found the data upload feature extremely helpful and easy to use. It gives you the tools to track all types of items in an estate from cash in the loved-ones wallet to the value of investments. It also allows you to manage cash and the sale of any items in the estate. The software has an intuitive layout that makes it easy to navigate. EstateExec also has an extensive reporting tool that generates the reports the courts may want. I even talked with the company about how to go about getting their software marketed to friends that have been appointed executor of an estate. This is software that you don't realize you need until the unfortunate passing of a loved one. This software will help you through the what seems like an unmanageable task.

I am very happy with my purchase of EstateExec. It is well-organized and allows me to plan and document my work as an executor. It also provides state-specific guidelines and a set of comprehensive reference documents that make it easy for me to find information when I need it. I highly recommend this product.

In closing our particular estate I wish there was more guidance on Small Estate Affidavit filing as we are not taking this to Probate. This program has however allowed us to process everything and document all assets, Heir distribution, debts, ect and creates a fantastic report that I was able to navigate and adjust to our particular need for a final accounting and submit it with the SEA.. The customer service is personal and SPOT ON! Being in Retail Management ~ I expect a higher degree of attention to detail. EstateExec went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the program. When you put into perspective the cost of a Estate Lawyer vs. A mere $199 for ExtateExec you will realize you are saving THOUSANDS for the Estsate by using this program and doing it yourself. It's easy to navigate, however if you do get stuck help is just a click away! Very responsive, professional, and detailed program ~ ONE OF A KIND! WELL DONE! ( I have shared with many, I know of at least 6 families that will utilize this program now that they know about it as it is perfect for the LIVING ESTATES as well)

EstateExec is one of the most intuitive software packages I have ever used. Estates have many moving parts, and EstateExec lets you combine all the parts into a single package, making understanding what is happening much easier. This is the first time I've had to deal with an estate. It would be much more difficult if I had to use a spreadsheet to do all this. I highly recommend EstateExec!
