Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for recognizing Larissa’s help in expediting your shipment - we truly appreciate that. We also appreciate you pointing out the difference in the screw heads: our fasteners are designed differently than traditional nail base screws. Many contractors use them in similar applications because of their superior pullout strength and torque‑backout performance, and when they’re paired with our insulation or seam plates, you end up with an even larger effective head and bearing surface. We’re glad to hear the fasteners still worked well for you, and if you’d ever like to talk through specific applications or plate combinations, our team is always happy to help.
