My service experience with Essential Watches was extraordinary and the Rolex watch I ordered arrived the very next day and exceeded every expectation I had. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Essential Watches.

After several purchases over several years, I remain confident in Essential Watches and their committed staff. Straightforward, excellent service after the sale, and quick responses to phone calls and email inquiries.

Thank you for being so gracious and accommodating, when I found the watch I had wanted for so long. I wear it every day and for once, not looking at anyone else's watch , with envy. My seller was lovely and very helpful. I got my watch in just a couple of days. I could not be happier. Robin

I bought a lange from Irene. Promised with certificate and box. At the end, no certificate. Then she promised to return $1,000 USD to my account but till date after 2 years. Nothing done. call-no answer. I have told at least 100 friends of my bad experience. I will continue. Very soon. I will write in forum. I want my 1k USD back immediately. If u are sincere about this feedback, call me immediately at +6590057626 (Singapore).
