They have just taken NZD $280 out of my account. I saw an ad on Facebook about trying a free sample where I had to pay for postage and that way I gave my card details. However in the very very small print apparently you are signing up for a subscription. Before I had even received my first free sample the money had already come out for the 2nd. I rang and was told it was all in the terms. None of their emails had anything on there and the lady just hung up. Stay away from their website and ads - they rip you off.

They should not have any stars at all, but are given one in order to file this review. The worst SCAM company that exist. They promise to deliver a sample on paying postage only, but on top of not delivering the promised sample, they draw large amounts of cash on the card used for the transaction, so far in excess of 270 US $ as opposed to 8,74 US $ which were accepted when applying for the sample.

This is a scam! They lure you in with free offers but drag lots of money from your account. I would never recommend them. They dont respond on email when you try to contact them, and when I finally reached them on phone I talked with a person that didnt listen to what I said, and didnt wanted to help me getting back my money. Cheaters!

BEWARE these are absolute scammers. They draw you in with their free offer but require a credit or debit card to aloow you to order. Then they charge large amounts on a regular basis to your account. Its almost impossible to get them to stop and impossible to get through to them to get a refund,

I didn't want to give them 1 star but this wouldn't let me move forward unless I gave a rating - I can't give them a zero rating They took $202 out of account and when I called them to tell them I hadn't received the product, they said they had sent me emails and that i hadn't responded. I checked my emails and there was one in Spam. I asked for a tracking number and she EVENTUALLY gave me one - when I entered it, the product is still sitting in Australia and I am in New Zealand??? I called them again, and she said she can't refund my money until I receive the product and return it to them unopened. What the???? They eventually gave me half and said they will give me the rest once I return the sample when its delivered....

Fake commercial - and fake products. They draw from your credit card, even though you have cancelled the order and got a confirmation for the cancellation. MAKE SURE TO BLOCK YOUR CREDIT CARD, since apparently if they will continue to draw money form your account, as if you have signed up for a subscription to their fake products... This company should be police reported

A TOTAL SCAM I paid for shipping for a argan oil product to only have almost $200 AUD taken from my account almost 2 weeks later. When finally finding the website and number to call i was told i was charged as it was a trial and i didn't sent product back so that was me accepting the product and charged. I was not given any email correspondence. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS... They were rude on the phone and just kept referring back to terms and conditions. Money is in USD when charged too.

A total scam. I received the sample and thought no more about it until I saw they had taken 102 Euro from my account . Contacted Visa Fraud who told me I had been conned because I did not read the small print. Garda Fraud Squad now investigating this company. Yet to receive the order they charged me for which I did not order. Spoke with Rachel Allen whom they said endorsed their products. She never agreed to anything and was very embarrassed about the while episode. May pursue legally as did Miriam O Callaghan and won.
