This is a scam paid 1p for a knitting pattern then had email saying they will now take £29.90 per month from my account.

Why is this company trying to charge me 29.99 ! I was trying to watch a live webcam feed of the yearly street funfair where I live and accidentally clicked the link on the town’s website for it which took me somewhere that charged 1p to watch what I thought I wanted to, stupidly used Apple Pay without thinking as was only 1p but then took me to some gaming site, And now trying to charge me 29.99 , seems like a big scam will contact my bank

I used this site by accident not knowing what I was signed up for my mistake, but the support team were very good and understanding.

This is a con, you click to view one picture/ video which costs 0.01p and they subscribe you without asking. They are making money from people not noticing the subscription - a complete scam

Awful- sneaky ads and teen scrolled - ad embedded in a page to do with something completely different - she thought it was to open a pdf file So accidentally subscribed 0.01and then deducted £16 from my account today! Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? This is tantamount to scamming.

I had a subscription to ESRHUB that I thought I had canceled. I had used my Apple Card, a card I hardly use, and when I saw the charges on it, I immediately contacted the ESRHUB’s support team. They immediately canceled my subscription and also credited me all the charges that had accrued. I wish all of my subscriptions were so easy. They did a wonderful job.

Pure scammers. Offered 1p to track daughters flight, then auto subscribed to a £29.90 a month service after 24 hours. DO NOT try and contact their “customer service team”, who will just try and get more personal details. Contact your bank and they’ll refund you within 24 hours and block further payments. Lowest of the low - they rely on people not noticing and raking other peoples money each month.
