I've been using this website for months without issues, but suddenly they required customers to complete a KYC process to withdraw their funds. I followed the on-screen instructions that asked users who have deposited funds before to provide a government-issued ID and a selfie, but my application was rejected. Upon contacting support, I was told I needed to use a passport instead, but I don't own one. When I told support that the website stated I could use my ID to complete the process they said there was nothing they could do and proceeded to ignore me, essentially stealing my deposits. You should stay away from this website if you don't own a passport. Even if you do, I still wouldn't recommend this website. What they did seems shady and they may come up with other rules and excuses to withhold your funds.

I won roughly $200. When I tried to make a withdrawal it was denied. When I asked why, it was explained that I needed to submit personal information identifying myself so that they could validate who I was. It seemed plausible, but this is their way of denying you from making withdrawals under the basis that all of the other betting web sites do it as well. To comply with this process one must submit a picture of your passport and a "Selfie" of you holding a hand written piece of paper stating your username, that days date and the words "For Esportsbet Only" in one hand and in the other hand your passport. This what they call KYC (Know Your Customer). When I complied they accused me of "Photoshopping" the picture. They then disabled my account, for any withdrawals as well as banned me from using their Discord channel. Not only was I not allowed to withdrawal my deposit, I could not withdrawal the winnings. If you plan on any kind of gambling, go into it knowing you will not be allowed to make a withdrawal.
