Espo isnt for everyone. But if you are willing to spend the time learning it, you will have a custom solution like no other. The community is amazing, and the developers are very responsive.

EspoCRM is one of those great (and few) open source platforms that is easy to setup, maintain and configure. It has the potential to become a powerful and customizable platform to suite many needs, not just as a CRM. If you are a small or even a mid sized business, look into EspoCRM, you won't be disappointed.

I like EspoCRM for its rich functions and adaptability. The setup is a bit complicated at first but if done the CRM works like a charm. A better support (e.g. easier documentation with images) or a more active community would be a plus to this great product.
