I ordered a custom piece through their website. They were always slow to respond. Then they stopped responding back. I found them on Etsy and they responded back. When I asked for a refund they stopped communicating.

Zero communication regarding my order, which led to my order being delivered at a time i was unavailable at, and no option to change the delivery option to a convenient time for me. Terrible experience and a total scam.

I haven't received my order yet, nor can I use my order number to track updates. I have reached out to your team twice asking about the status of my order and have heard nothing back. I was intending to use the ring for my wedding in April and would like to know if it will arrive in time, otherwise I need to make other arrangements. Thanks!

it has been nearly two weeks since placing my order and the day of i contacted the seller asking to change address because it was wrong, i did input this correctly. it is past the time it was expected and needed and i cannot seem to cancel this order that is still processing.
