Terrible customer service, ordered and after 5 days no processing or shipping so i emailed to cancel the order, they replied 3 days later and said they would check a week later no reply???? don’t bother

Really terrible experience. The dress received has some resemblance to the dress we ordered, but poor quality, disappointing colour and the corset part was very dissimilar to the image we thought we were buying. They admitted the dress was not to standard but then back tracked by stating we ordered the wrong size. That is complete nonsense as I had not complained at all about the sizing, it was the quality.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. After ordering this overpriced outfit i received and material is not what it seems in the photo. The top may be interpreted as a corset based on the photo but it is not. For future purchases SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT PURCHASE!

Horrible product. Was listed as sequins, and received a shiny material. Design was totally different. Looked so cheap. They approved the return but I needed to ship to China for a large amount of money. It was a terrible rip off- avoid!!!! Products not as advertised.

Sent me a dress that looked NOTHING like the dress I paid $90 for and proceeded to only offer me 25% store credit. Disgusting customer service and product quality.

Stay away from this shady company. They are shipping from China using an unreliable carrier with no tracking updates. They have a fake phone number listed on their website under Contact Us. This number is a cell phone that goes straight to voicemail. My package took three weeks to show up. Despite the terrible packaging for a dress coming from China, the item I received is totally different from the picture they advertise on their website (color, material, style). I hope they provide a return label and refund my credit card, not store credit; otherwise, I will file a dispute with my bank.

Awful experience, be cautious. The website says they are located in the United States but they are not. Shipping is weird and not communicated well. Quality for price is completely off. I’m trying to get a refund and they are trying to negotiate a 15% store credit. Do not shop here, it’s not a good company!
