Risolto: Devo ringraziare l’assistenza che è stata molto veloce e brillante nel risolvere la situazione Grazie! Extremely slow connection speed in Turkey, in central Ankara, in all areas and even at the airport, it doesn't exceed 3 Mbps, even after restarting the phone several times and manually selecting the three available operators. I open the app and try to press the contacts button, but no page opens; the button is fake. Not to mention that the connection advertised as unlimited data for a week actually says 30 GB, not unlimited; 30 GB would have been enough. I've tried downloading the maps for offline use 30 times, but it's impossible to complete the operation.

Una atención rápida y eficaz

I had a great experience with eSimy. The installation was straightforward, the internet was stable, and it saved me a lot of hassle while traveling. Reliable service and easy to use. Highly recommended.

El servicio de atención al cliente es excelente

The eSIMY service has provided me with excellent service during my Balkan and European travels. The setup was super quick - I had it installed and ready to go in just a few minutes before my trip. The network provides reliable and quick connectivity throughout all my locations which include Kosovo and Albania and Bulgaria and multiple other countries in the region. What I really appreciate is that you can reuse the same eSIM and just top up or switch packages without reinstalling anything. The system provides users with a major advantage because they need to activate new eSIMs only once at other service providers. The support team at this company provides quick responses to customer inquiries because they answered my email question through a helpful response within a brief period. The pricing system offers reasonable rates which compete well with other options for Europe package customers and those who select regional plans. The service eSIMY provides stands as an excellent choice for people who travel between the Balkans and Europe on a regular basis.
