I tried to activate this card both ways…
I tried to activate this card both ways that was suggested in the info with no luck. The technical support contact did not answer my queries. This was a total waste of money!

Almost scam, esim works barely and bad support
First the 2 eSIM we got didn't work at all impossible to just install on the phone. Then we write to the support and they take hours to answer. They finally give us eSIM that actually works. Then one stop working for no reason we ask for help it takes like 2 days and they give a new that works. After like a week the other eSIM stop working for no reason we used only 8gb on the 20gb we had. They do something after like 8hours and the eSIM works for just a day and the next morning it's the same it doesn't work. In the end I just bought a new one to a trusted provider nomad esim and it worked directly.

Don't waste your money.
Tried several times to load sim card with no luck. Tried contacting the company over and over via email and on WhatsApp with no response. A waste of money.

Don’t buy for the BVI
I bought an eSIM for the BVI. While in the BVI, on main island of Tortola, I received notifications I was roaming in Puerto Rico and another day that I was roaming in the USA and then my eSIM was disabled. I contacted customer support and they basically accused me of lying using it in Puerto Rico (I wasn’t even in that country). They wouldn’t refund my money. Do not use this company for the BVI.
