My wave activated LED lighting wasn’t working but I emailed the company and the problem was solved quickly. It was a user error and now it’s working beautifully.

What can't I say about E-Shine, I loved the lights right out of the box and even more under the counter, very small cords you don't even know they are there. Loved them so much I brought some for my closet and motion activated one for under the sink. Let's talk about the service. The lights were still under warranty, (they come with a 3 year warranty). I had a few of the LED's on my 20" lights go out. I didn't notice them until I look under the cabinet. I contacted E-Shine on chat and David took care of me. He was very helpful and patient. He needed my order# and it took me a few hours to find it. Our chat took place at the end of the day, so the next morning David had responded and our chat continued throughout the day, since I'm not married to the computer. Within no time they were shipping new replacement lights. You can't put a price on customer service. I'm sold

After I placed my order I noticed several things wrong with it I immediately contacted Eshine and spoke with Amelia. She was heaven sent and got me taken care of and joined my 2 orders together along with correcting my lighting preference. I would highly recommend this company.

The online experience was very easy and the Eshine LED lighting kit was exactly what I needed. Almost went with more expensive hardwired fixtures that would've required an electrician to install. This was the much better way to go. Thank you Eshine. . .

This place knows what customer service is. I had a technical issue with my purchase and it was taken care of immediately. I’ll be using more of this company’s products in my home!

After reading the information on Eshine's website, I still lacked the confidence to order. Eshine's customer service told me what I would need to order and even provided clear diagrams to help me understand. I was curious why Eshine specified the female-female splitters. It turns out that Eshine was saving me money. I had not taken into account all the parts that already come with the lights. So, I would have ordered parts that I did not need. The lights proved quick and easy to install. Everything works great. And I have all the light I need. If I decide that I want more light, adding more lights to what I have is easy. I can just stick and plug in to what I have.

Made a purchase, didn't receive it any delivery updates or delivered status. Was promptly and kindly issued a refund. Definitely recommended and will definitely purchase from eshine again. Trustworthy and efficient, what more can you ask for. Thanks again
