I would NEVER use them again. Ordered product, never received it!!!! Wrote to them about it and.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Terrible.

Esfranki are a joke they advertise products and when they arrive they donot do what they say. I paid in us dollars for items but on the package has an address for UK Birmingham. Their advert stated USA they should be investigated and shut down So they finally got in touch i asked for a refund on the my products and got refused as the items are not faulty. Ive resent an email and had no reply queationing their website as you can not access it unless on FB or on instagram. Im unhappy with the quality i should be entitled to a refund. Dodgy site do not purchase on there

***AVOID THIS COMPANY**** I complained multiple times via email with zero response and it has been over one month and still no product. Facebook you need to block all their ads so others do not get scammed

Terrible service from Esfranki Ordered 2 dog trackers online from Esfranki which are meant to be rechargeable, they arrived (eventually) with no battery, no instructions and no visible means of charging them. I've contacted Esfranki several times and have only had a response which was totally irrelevant to my issue and did not relate to my order. I can't find a way of contacting Esfranki other than their info email address which I have emailed lots of times. I am now left with 2 dog trackers that don't work, I don't even have the details to send them back. Esfranki website is a scam

Avoid! They sell cheap items at an inflated price and whack on loads for shipping. Then they ignore all emails especially ones saying to cancel the order that was never authorised in the first place. Shocking customer service. Worst online transaction I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Köp inte härifrån! Saknar en vara som skulle vara på väg den 15 februari men det finns inget tracking number och företaget ber mig bara återkomma "om 2 dagar" om de inte hör av sig vilket de inte gjort. Dum nog skulle jag ha kollat här först då jag ser att många har haft samma problem.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Total crap and a scam

Not only did they add two items I hadn't looked at AFTER I hit complete sale, it took a month to get the two items I ordered and 6 weeks to get a refund on the two items I didn't order. The product shipped is poorly made and too small for use - despite being marketed as "universal" (cell phone mount for car) I have been trying to get resolution for 3 months, their solution is to stop responding. Before you buy anything from them check reviews and then avoid them like the plague.
