This is another company that Facebook allows to scam people on their site. Placed an order a month ago, still no confirmation of shipment. The tracking number is not legitimate and no response from customer service I would actually rate this company 0, do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!

Well the package FINALLY arrived after nearly 3 mths. Original tracking number supplied was not legitimate. First email checking to see what was happening was answered saying they apologised and it will arrive soon. Second email requesting a refund was responded to around 10 days later saying it was on its way and gave me a tracking order number that was legitimate. Products arrived but boxes were all smashed up and one product leaked. All products obviously copies as there were no warranties, packaging was largely generic and no instruction manuals where required. On the plus side.... they weren't rude.....

They Suck plain and simple. Notified my items shipped over a month ago but there is no record of the tracking number on China Post. Not a good way to do business. Stay Far Far Away!

fraudulent company. they overcharged me and i have not been able to reach them....emails don't go through. BEWARE

I have been waiting for 53 days for the item. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and finally got an email from them stating they will not refund the money since the item has been "shipped." I have filed a claim with PayPal. This company is committing fraud. I have ordered from China numerous times and never had trouble receiving an item within a month.

I ordered drawer dividers months ago and have never received them! I have emailed them numerous times with no response and have even asked for a refund-still no response! I think this Company is a fraudulent scam and will never buy from them again! I guess I'm just out $45.86 and am disgusted. I actually hope they go out of business due to their terrible customer service! Wendy Martens

VERY FRAUDULENT They advertised a 30% stire wide sale and gave a discount code of HOORAY30 I entered the discount code but they vever honored the discount. PAYPAL has no phone number or contact information for them. They do not accept any credit cards directly because processing the transaction though PAYPAL protects them against revealing their contact information and having the payment disputed on the credit card. This is why i dislike PAYPAL. They are effectively supporting fraudulent vendors by protecting them from the normal credit card dispute process. Cy

Terrible Company! Product was terrible, their "Support is the worst. They did not reply for over 2 weeks to any email and then every reply was basically "We can not help you". No way to dispute, no refunds, no returns. Terrible company.
