I ordered a Universal cell phone holder for the car, and was excited to get it but it doesn't work with my car. I tried it when I got it today. And today, I sent a message asking for a refund and return label and I am being denied. Do NOT order from them. They are a scam.

WARNING! AVOID! CAUTION! RUN! SCAM! I was looking at purchasing from this company but decided not to when I got to the final payment page; because they charged too much on postage. However, the company went ahead and charged my credit card anyways! Dishonest, fraudulent, liars, cheaters! I have reported to the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney's Office, Los Angeles Consumer Protection Unit, the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI.

It has been a month I have still not received by order.

Do not order from this place. Going on 3 months and I have not received my order..they refuse to give me a refund also. They want to send me my order again instead of a refund..I told them no. They still refuse to send me a refund. We don't do business like this in the United States like this. They should not be allowed to do business here. So that means if they send me my order , it will take a couple of more months. Now is that nuts or what. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly, they don't deserve the time to write this, but BUYERS BEWARE! I cancelled an order within 1 hour, received the confirmation that it would be cancelled, & my refund would be done in 10-15 days. 2 days later, I received an email that my order had shipped. When I contacted the company they stated they could not cancel the order & I would not be receiving a refund. Since I have called them out that it goes against their cancellation policy, I have not received anymore emails from them & the policy on their website has changed to no refunds.

My regrets: Not reading the reviews before ordering. Clearly, Customer satisfaction is not one of their values. They do not understand that it's better to lose a sale than lose a client.

One star is too many I ordered the phone holder. Does not work at all in my car. I asked to return it and got a nonsensical response: Thank you for your email to notify us of your dissatisfaction with our product. We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with. I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services. We understand where you're coming from and we'll take note of this. Your comments are very valuable to us and we might need this in the future. Again, we would like to apologize if you have been unhappy with our item or service. We will assure you that we will use this experience to better our service and quality of our products. Pauline R.
