eSEOspace rebuilt our website claiming…
eSEOspace rebuilt our website claiming it would be SEO-friendly, but there was no noticeable improvement in rankings or reach. The Klaviyo integration was poorly planned, and email campaigns like birthday reminders and gift guides felt ineffective and disengaging.

This review was posted by someone who contacted us through a review generation service and attempted to extort payment. He stated that if we did not pay him for reviews, he would begin posting negative reviews until we complied. This review is one of the posts that followed. We immediately provided Trustpilot with screenshots of the emails we received on the same day these reviews appeared, but unfortunately the issue has not yet been resolved. We are a 5-star company and have never paid for reviews. Our team works hard to provide every client with the highest level of service, and our genuine customer feedback reflects that commitment.

The redesign wasn’t worth the hype
The redesign wasn’t worth the hype. Several features were broken at launch, and support was slow to fix anything. We expected a smoother, more professional process.
