Another unhappy customer
I would concur w/the September '20 review below about nice people up front but not a high performing service organization. I've worked with some pleasant controllers there but the team creates too much rework on our part and requires too much day-to-day intervention relative to other bookkeeping services. Because switching services requires a good deal of effort, we've tried to make it work but after three years of trying, we're taking our business to a reputable local firm for more professional results and streamlined communications. PS, the good reviews below are suspect. Aditi Sharma is an employee (per LinkedIn) and the other one could be an employee, as well.
