HCM training experience in first few classes
The session is good for beginners or experienced professional to start up career in workday. Instructor is very elaborative on providing details of each and every steps or action she is showing during the session. It can be improved by providing a scheduled break time and duration beforehand and stick to it.

Workday Payroll/Finance Live Training
This review is based on the Payroll/Finance Live training. The training is very thorough and organized very well. Mary shows that she has deep knowledge for the working of Workday and is happy to share that knowledge with her class. The course documentation she provides in conjunction with her teaching allows students to gain a deeper understanding for Workday. I feel Mary takes the time to ensure her students have a strong comfort level with the subject matter taught. Mary displays a passion for the subject which, I feel, is passed to her students.

ERP Cloud Training is a great online…
ERP Cloud Training is a great online resource to learn with live instructor led classes as well as get hands-on experience with Workday tenant including access to tons of course material/documentation. Coming from a non ERP background, Mary's classes simplified an overwhelming perception about all the modules within HCM.

Workday is explained very nicely
Workday is explained very nicely. Espionage for those who are from non technical background. Mary always make sure that she clears any doubt and her sessions are very interesting.

it was good experience getting trained…
I came into the course with no idea what Workday was. The instructor email what I needed to do before beginning the class and I'm glad I completed the hands-on prep. And now, I have a great idea on what What day is about. The instructor is very experienced and knows what she's speaking of. I like the length of the class and I like that the instructor is open to questions. She is available to answer questions and try to explain it for one to understand.
