Bag is very nice a little smaller than I thought it would be.

The bag is great, amazing quality and just as advertised. My only complaints are, the bag is really stiff and not that malleable, so it was very difficult getting all my stuff in the bag and it's a very tight fit. Also the padded part of the strap is pretty short, so unless I have the strap nearly as tight as it goes the padding doesn't rest on my shoulder. Other than that I love the bag so far.

It’s nice! But a little odd to wear. But, It’s really just taking a bit of getting used to compared to the Legend bag that I use regularly. It’s small but has so many compartments that it keeps things nice and organized. I’m using is for short visits to NYC and for local skate sessions. And so far it’s not bad at all but prefer my Legend bag more often.

The product seems to serve it's purpose. However there is still a small sliver of a gap between the zippers when closed tight. After time and usage that gap will widen. Perhaps a different clasp type modification with seal it better even with a zipper You just have to have the end of the zipper with the modification.

Not completely smell proof but still works great on keeping everything together!

Everything good.

Found this company while searching on the web for humidity products to complement our new retail line. Their website looks very professional and works as it should. The pricing is definitely competitive in comparison to their competitors for name brand products........so - We placed our first order with this company about a month ago for quantities of certain items needed. Took less than a week to receive our package. Package came properly packed but was missing 1 of the 3 products we ordered. Messaged the company twice about the situation but never got a response back. About three weeks after our package came we received an email from Trust-Pilot asking us to leave a review for the company. At that point we again messaged Erozul explaining to them, that at this point we were going to leave a negative review to reflect our experience. Unfortunately we still did not receive an email response from their company........but funny enough though, within a few days what shows up in the mail? Our 3rd missing product! At this point we’re VERY pleased that we received everything that was paid for. Some of the items we purchased are kind of hard to find, currently. But in the end we are just upset that there was zero communication throughout our entire experience. Mistakes happen and we are not butt hurt because product took a while to finally land to our businesses doorstep. We are upset that there was zero communication when someone could’ve simply told us that it would’ve taken a while to receive the third product or whatever the case scenario was. All they had to do was give us a heads up so we were not wondering where our product was or why it took so long to receive part of it. When it comes time to purchase humidity products again - if the market is still in the same spot as it currently is - yes we will most likely be using this company again but if anything happens the second time around, I highly doubt we will allow them an opportunity to get a strike three......
