Hi Mike, I checked in our system and I see the address you had provided was invalid, when contacted by our representative we informed you that as per our policy we do not drastically change an address entered by customers to protect against fraud or delivery issues. A Full refund was promptly issued, and we would be happy to ship your order if you place it again with the correct address! I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Hi Dustin, I want to apologize for the confusion on your order, we had a temporary glitch in our system which was not charging correct shipping and unfortunately your order was one that got through. Unfortunately the cost of shipping these items outside of the continental US is very high, and while we strive to provide free shipping, the cost of shipping heavy items such as CVaults can be very expensive. We apologize for the confusion regarding your CVault order, unfortunately the cost of shipping these items outside of the continental US is very high, and while we strive to provide free shipping, the cost of shipping heavy items such as CVaults can be very expensive. I can assure you there is no Greed involved, as we do not mark up any costs - the shipping costs quoted on our website are direct costs from the couriers for the chosen shipping methods. I understand this may be frustrating, and I do apologize for this issue, but I assure you that this is not specific to your location - again these rates are calculated directly from the courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to significantly alter addresses once a purchase has been made. I do see we reached out several times, and as such a full refund was issued.
