The customer service is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure their customer are satisfied with their purchase. Also their response time to email is quick and they do a great job helping fix and issues or problem you may have with their product. With that being said i will be forever grateful to them

I got the package, box was a little bent but everything was in great condition. The customer service explained the return to sender and was very considerate. Even gave me a way to better track the package. It arrived today safely and securely, I’m so thankful for their explanation and understanding for first time online buyers. Thank you so much for the help.

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your lovely review and kind words. We are glad your package arrived safely and that our explanation was helpful for you as a first-time online shopper. Sometimes boxes may get slightly bent due to bumps during international transit, though the goods inside remain well protected. We hope you enjoy your items, and we look forward to serving you again whenever you need. Sincerely, Eroship Customer Service Team
