Salaam Sister Dear Fatou, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are thrilled to hear that your son has been making great progress in his Quran reading, and we truly appreciate your continued trust in our services. We would like to address your concern regarding the class timing. While each session is scheduled for 25 minutes, we always strive to give an additional 2–3 minutes to ensure your child has the time they need for a complete learning experience. We understand the importance of punctuality, and we are continually working with our teachers to ensure they are connecting on time and maximizing the value of each session. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we will take extra care to ensure that all sessions run smoothly and effectively. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out. We’re committed to your son's learning journey and will continue to support his growth. Regards, Support Team. Online Quran Academy NY United States By Premio Services LLC

Wa'alaikum Assalam Sister, We appreciate your feedback and advice for the teachers improvements. We put mic mute so could hear each other properly, but the other thing you talking about that teaching other students at the same time is not true. these are the private sessions and 1 teacher teaches 1 student at a time. I agree with that you might hear some students noise because at the same time different teachers teaching different students. we will try to reduce that noise too In Sha Allah. Thank you again. If you have any other advise please feel free to send email at [email protected] Online Quran Academy Brooklyn New York United States.
