I've been using eRanker for a long time now, and I genuinely can't fault it! The tool does exactly what it says it does, and the team behind it is fantastic. They're always available, happy to help and quick to answer any questions. I've never had a single issue, and that says a lot! If you're thinking about giving eRanker a go, my advice is simple: stop overthinking it and just get in touch with Ion or anyone on the team. You won't regret it! A brilliant tool backed by genuinely lovely people. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Five stars for the person who helped me. Three for the instructions. I make party decorations and couldn't work out what to start with. Two short conversations sorted it out. Finished last month on 61 orders, the month before was 42. Some of what they explained really needs to be in the guide.

We needed a solution because Etsy ad costs kept rising and ROAS was dropping fast. We were able to replace most of our Etsy paid traffic with Eranker. Eranker jobs is to boost your visibility, it’s not to guarantee you sales. Overall we still saw a decline in sales but our ad cost is close to $0. So you still need to work on your listing quality etc. I’m personally tech savvy so I didn’t have any issues with the set up but it’s definitely for people who are advanced e seller and with a decent volume of sales on Etsy to justify the cost. The service comes with a 1-1 support via what’s app. I’m very satisfied so far with the system. I hope the software continues for a very long time as we rely on it.

So the tool does what it says, I put 18 keywords on my dog bandana listing and most of them are page 1 now, been there about 5 weeks. Problem is my sales barely moved, maybe 1 extra a week. There are 40 other bandanas on that page that look better then mine and are cheaper so being there doesnt mean much. I guess thats not the tools fault but the ads kind of make it sound like page 1 = sales. Support told me to go through the listing quality part of the course, fair but i paid for rankings not homework. 3 stars, might go up if i fix my photos

I've been using their unlimited license for quite some time, so I think I have a quiet solid base that can make this review useful to other etsy sellers looking to get the app too. I've been selling in the jewelery niche since 2018. My best month was December 2022 when my sales hit $79,439. After that, only downtrend to the point when my sales ($11,280) could barely cover my production costs. So you are left 2 things to do here. Blame on etsy and wait for the inevitable to happen or do smth about it. So I did. These guys kept bugging me with their ads for months. There was nothing left for me, but just to give it a try (luckily their trial was only $45 at that time). I jumped on a call with their foundr or something, terrific guy and ended up taking a loan to get their lifetime license. Yes, their tool is not cheap, and it shouldn't be. A few people understand that this is what keeps this app limited to most of other etsy shops. My sales barely moved (about 15%). It took me 2 long months to use the app alongside their course to realize that I knew sh*t about how visibility works on etsy. One full year in, and i finally got my sales back to $74,000. A few people realize, but this is over 600% increase from my starting point with these guys. I've seen a lot of people talking about conversion rate. Mine dropped from 4% to 0.8%. I would take that anytime if it means a 600% increase in orders. And before you judge me, don't forget it is a business you are running, so don't get too attached by stuff that will not put you food on the table. Try to run a facebook ads campaign on your store and you'll see the same drop in about a couple months (etsy does not care at all if your outside traffic is not converting). So, my advice for anyone who hasn't decided on this app yet is, do not get it if you are not sure about your business, if you are not willing to invest in it, or if you have a bad product. This is not a magic tool to generate you orders. It just gives your shop a higher chance to reach more customers. Good luck!

They have been very very good at this thing, at the first I was very hesitant because it sounds like a application like a dream but when I first talked with them they took care of me every single day, day or night weekend or holiday. I have been doing etsy over 6 years and this application is something you cannot replace, its unbelievable app, they have many more features in this app whenever they message me and show me their new products they're mesmerizing me!!

Biggest waste of money & time for my business. I invested thousands and loads of time. Yes products ranked page 1 but no hike in sales which is what we're after right? would have been better throwing it into pinterest marketing or a new website which i desperately need. Didn't work well for my etsy niche business products 🙁 They were already performing on page 1 and 2 before for their niche themed items. I've turned it off now and i'm still getting the same sales without paying all the monthly fees on top to servers. Waste of time and money for me, sorry!

I’ve had a very good experience with the Tool and the team behind it. The team is very helpful, professional, and always available to assist whenever I have questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand how to use the app properly. The app itself is very powerful and has been a great tool for growing my Etsy shop.
