Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

Awful company, horrible rates, go elsewhere. Disgusting business and appallin staff, get your mortgage literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

They recalled my loan which costed me over 10 thousand in fees for financing through another lender so I could pay them off. It was very wrong. I never missed a payment and was in good standing.

I have spent many weeks trying to rectify a number of errors that the local office and the corporate office has created - even the tax report was wrong. Save your sanity

Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some “surfer dude” on “island time.” Maybe he’ll get back to you, probably not. Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so appalled by the practices of this mortgage company. We are the seller of a house and the buyer got a preapproval from them. Needless to say after 55 days under contract and 5 extensions they realized they never should have pre approved the buyer as he didn't qualify for the loan he was requesting. We didn't start getting communication from them until a week before the first closing date. They decided to extend the first closing date less than 24 hours before. During the whole process they would not return emails or phone calls unless numerous attempts where made. Who they have working for them are completely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional in every sense. Lina Morris and Christine Fonseca were horrible and hold no accountability for their delays and all the parties involved. They are very rude and unprofessional in what they would communicate to my realitor as well as to us. They consistently lied about where they were at in the process and would say things like "we are all set to close tomorrow." Then come tomorrow and another excuse and delay would come up. At one point they were asking for something on the house that had nothing to do with our house. They were searching for an excuse and reason they (other than the obvious that they should never have preapproved him in the first place) to come up with to blame the house and not their horrible poor business approach of approving people who can't afford the loan. They stoup as low as they then became deceitful in who we are speaking with via text message. Edgar Lozada gave us his cell phone and is supposedly the Manager of this branch and he assured us when he took over the file that it would be handled better and accordingly. Needless to say it didn't get much better. He was rude and made false promises as well. When I called to get an update on the cell phone he provided us, one of his associates answered and had been responding to our texts not Edgar, whom we thought was. When I confronted them about being deceitful who we were communicating too they became very threatening and even more rude, that I caught them lying. This process should not have taken 55 days costing the buyer an inspection fee and other associated costs on a house HE COULD NEVER AFFORD!!!! We also had to pay over $200 to have the HOA send over paperwork to them. Not to mention we informed our renters we were under contract and they had to vacate, assuming we would sell the house since the buyer had a PRE-APPROVAL FROM THEM!!! Un beknown to us that it was a falsified approval. This company holds no accountability for their actions and the deadline of a closing date. They cost us thousands of dollars and I don't want to know what they costs the buyer. I would be even more upset if I was the buyer. I am reviewing the laws and policies on accountability of Mortgage loan companies and filing whatever I can so they can be held accountable for the money they cost buyers and sellers during this process. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

I think Ryan and Paul were very rude to me. Ted was my contact person and when he left and I did know he was leaving no surprise to me but to Ryan and Paul it was . When Ted text me to tell me he left and everything was done it just needed to wait the days for it to close. He left on Wed and no one from the office called and when I finely got the number to the office on Mon I called, Ryan all he was doing was trash talking Ted as well as Paul. Shea said it would not close until April. They knew nothing about my loan. Then on the Fri before closing I got a call from Paul saying it was not going to close because of some Ins thing and he laugh when I told him I was going to get another loan company and he said it's Friday and almost 6 you will never get anyone tonight. I call my realtor and she got me in touch with a guy with the means to get me a loan and yes he met me on Sat at my house. They ( Ryan, Paul) never called my realtor just me and the person sale the condo how unprofessional they were. At this point I don't think I will tell anyone about your company. Then I get all this information that my loan has been sold and I have a new mortgage company and now my payment is do and I don't know for sure where to send it, I must have got 3-4 notices where to send it but I'm not for sure still. At signing Paul showed up he was such a jerk. You only got me because of Ted I have known him for over an year, so what Ryan and Paul said is wrong they got me because of Ted and when you work for people you still need to be professional and they were not! Never trash talk about people when they leave and always follow up don't wait for the customer to call you you should call them and the realtor. Keep everyone in the loop not the person that is sale they don't need a call from the buyer mortgage company Your company not (Ted ) but Ryan and Paul are so unprofessional. I think and hope this has assist you in how unhappy I am with your company at this point lets see if you get back in touch with me again! Knowing where to mail my payment would be very helpful, I'm sending it to the last address that I got

Should be 1/4 of a Start, if there was a choice. Worst experience, no organization, people with so many years of experience not doing the right thing for the customer.
