The team at Equity Prime Mortgage did a great job! I worked with several different team members at different phases of the mortgage process from initial estimates, to paperwork collection, and underwriting. Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs. They closed the deal on time!

Damien was able to refinance my home out of a ARM and get me the extra funds I wanted. He kept me in the loop the entire time and took the time to explain everything to me.
