Cost-effective assessment solution
My experience with Equip.co, particularly with the assessment feature, has been very good. The platform offers features that are comparable to those available in other well-known, higher-priced assessment tools. One of the biggest advantages is the pricing. At around $1 per assignment, compared with the significantly higher cost of other platforms, Equip.co offers very good value for money and is definitely worth considering for a subscription. I have not used the ATS features, as we already have an internal global platform for our recruitment process. Therefore, my feedback is primarily based on my experience with the assessment capabilities. I also really appreciated the support provided by the Equip team. They were responsive and did a good job of explaining the features and the methodology behind the assessments, which made it easier to understand and use the platform effectively. Overall, based on my experience, I would recommend Equip.co, especially for organizations looking for a cost-effective assessment solution with good features and strong customer support.
