Tara McCool is a consummate professional. She communicates with a calm, pleasant attitude that elicits trust and comfort in the customer. All matters were handled promptly with clear communication. This was a very smooth and efficient transaction.

We did a VA IRRRL refi with Equifund. From the beginning Tara McCool was very responsive, expedient and professional. From our first conversation until closing was less than 28 days. Everything they promised was delivered. The loan officer, Keynan Gilbert, provided excellent support throughout. Equifund provided follow-up support and ensured the new mortgage company transition was smooth and complete. Great company. It was a pleasure doing business with these professionals.

I decided to call to refinance my house since the rates were amazing. I cannot tell you how amazing everyone was at Equifund Mortgage. This was the first big financial decision I have done on my own since being a widow. Aaron went in my opinion above and beyond and it was supper easy! I couldn’t be happier with them and the results. If you want some great people and honest people to help you these people are the real deal.

Everyone that I talked to was really nice and honest and also made sure everything went smooth to make things less stressful for me.
