Scam alert! Upon ordering, ePowergo’s cart system automatically adds approximately $100 in charges related to insurance and handling. These have to be removed manually. Following this, my ordering process was completed satisfactorily. Unfortunately, after a week of calls from epowergo attempting to get me to “upgrade my shipping to expedited” at a cost of an additional $200 that I declined, they cancelled my order claiming to not have inventory. I am watching my credit card account closely as my refund has not yet processed. I would highly recommend NOT doing any business with this company.

This site appears to be a scam. I ordered an item and recieved confirmation of order. I also contacted them-very difficult to do. They responded and said that the order was delayed and that they would reach out when it shipped. Three weeks later still nothing. I am reaching out to my credit card company for fraud investigation. My suggestion is acvoid this company like the plague.

They cancelled my order! Placed order and was accepted with confirmation via text. Three days later receive email claiming to have called me and phone was “busy”. Replied to email, then received email stating that my order was cancelled due to them not having inventory. Probably did not like fact that I did not leave a tip on the order. Since when do you leave a tip for placing an order on line! Regardless, there was inventory when I placed the order. They say they refunded my money but will have to check with credit card company in a few days. Bet they would not have refunded the tip!!!

Another Bait & Switch here. Ordered a Gas Heater heater and paid for it on their website. After a couple of days I kept getting calls and emails to "Upgrade" my order with "Expedited" shipping for only $500 more. After ignoring the calls and emails they canceled because as they say they could not "confirm the necessary details". Not surprised, I read prior reviews of this tactic but ordered anyhow thinking that their entire business model could not be about about protracted delivery dates with add on costs. If you like wasting time or paying more for things than other reputable sites then this is the place.

epower go bait and switched me. I tried to buy a finnmark full-spectrum infrared sauna from them because it was ~15% below competitors prices. After I bought, they called me and tried to upsell me on "premium shipping" which would have brought price up to competitors (and delivered same time as competitors). I said no. Several days later, they called and said it was "delayed by manufacturer and wouldn't be available for ~6 months" and tried to upsell me on higher end models. Meanwhile, the original sauna is STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE at a higher price. SCAM COMPANY AVOID.

item listed on website. ordered it and got the runaround WHEN they actually felt like replying. more than a month later they inform me that the item (or whole product line) was incorrectly listed and they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order. weeks later, the same items are still on their website. this place is a joke. is it a front to get CC numbers to sell on the black market?
