As a person who shops online ALOT, this is the worst shipping company to ever exist, they lost my order for over a month now i dont understand why a big company like fashionnova uses this useless shipping company 🤡 there is no tracking updates or actual useful support system …

Horrible se tardan demasiado tiempo en hacer los envios. Normalmente toma 3 a 7 dias. Con ellos es 1 mes. La peor compañía de envio es esta.

Worst shipping company in existence. Takes a literal eternity to get something delivered and their tracking system is useless

This is the WORST COURIER!!!! Happened 2 years ago, and again now! I don't know WHY Zazzle is still using this USELESS, ATROCIOUS, HORRIBLE, PATHETIC EPG SHIPPING COMPANY!!!! 2 years ago, my order was completely lost for 1 month and they replaced it and had to wait for another 2 weeks!. Now my order from last month hasn't arrived for 1 month and 2 weeks!!!! NO UPDATES with tracking number! NOTHING! COMPLETELY LOST! I suggest anyone buying from a retailer to ask first, if they use the courier EPG OR ASENDIA, (ANOTHER WORST COURIER COMPANY, ACTUALLY ASENDIA IS THE WORST!!) If it's any of them, PLEASE DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PACKAGE AGAIN! Save yourself the stress of waiting and the retailer giving you a hard time for a refund!!

My international order was shipped on April 2. The last tracking update was on April 6: “Arrived at Consolidation Center. Processing will take up to 3 business days. ANAHEIM, CA, United States.” Today is May 5, and there has been no update since then. The seller told me they had experienced multiple issues with this ePost service for international customers. I also tried using the automatic assistant on the shipping company’s website. It was completely useless, the level of the assistant felt like a basic chatbot from 2015. It only gave generic replies and made it impossible to get any real information about the parcel.
