My second time ordering from Epoch and absolutely won’t be my last. My dad left me an unusual watch with an unusual strap set up, and I reached out to them to see if they could help me get make a strap for my dads watch so I could wear it more and one day my kids will. Quality is excellent, size is perfect and fit is like watch manufacturer supplied originally. The watch industry is full of vendors that sell you totally overpriced junk every day - Epoch is opposite to them. An example is strap was means to be delivered Friday per tracking. Ean said they will look into it - she gave me hourly updates until it was on my stoop stairs. They give you fair price and the service is class, personal, and I now have my only Strap company I’ll ever need.

I looked around quite a bit for the perfect strap for my Rolex Day/date and found quite a bit of places, but none really sparked my interest. Somehow I ended up finding Epoch straps and saw some photos of exactly what I was looking for, Chocolate alligator strap on the yellow gold Presidential. I got tired of how flashy the original strap was, so I rolled the dice and put in an order. From day 1, I had constant contact with them, sizing, photos, I even asked their opinions on if it would look good. I sorted through photos upon photos of the right leather to use, colors, buckles etc.. I have never had an experience like I have, with any order that I've had with others. Because of that, I ordered ANOTHER strap for another watch (both of the Rolex that I own, I bought for my sons when they were born, to give to them, so you see how important they are to me) I have been wearing it for about 2 weeks, and hands down it feels and looks more sophisticated and toned down from the original. I work a very demanding and physical job and it has been 100% perfect. The quality, you can tell someone cared or thought out that it should last as long as the watch. The strap is gorgeous, since I picked the cut of alligator, it is exactly what I wanted, it broke in quickly and is soft and surprisingly immune to the crap I put it through. But hands down, if you want an experience that feels genuine, real communication and follow-up over your hard earned money, this is the place. I cannot recommend enough.
