Excellent Company. Bryan Yaninek was able to help us secure our loan at a great rate in a short amount of time. The loan was quickly sent to underwriting so there were absolutely no surprises at closing. Bryan is easy to talk to and always available for questions. Our appraisal came back late and Bryan was able get our payment refunded. Everyone at Epoch was very professional and responsive to questions. I would absolutely use them again if I purchase another home.
