Horrible just one issue after another, I need an ATTORNEY!
We have purchased 2 Epilog engravers. The first was an Epilog Helix, 12 years ago. We've had no real issues with this one and it is still running like a little beast. Being that we were so pleased with this one and our business was growing, we decided to purchase an Epilog Fusion Pro 80 watt C02 50 watt Fiber just under 2 years ago. First issue was, we did not get what we ordered. We have had nothing but problems even with the purchase and then one problem after another - either something new or the same issue over and over. This is truly an unreliable machine. At this point we can't even get a call back from Epilog. Does anyone know of a good attorney, I'm considering consulting with one.
