My whole experience was great
My whole experience was great! The only issue was me messing up my selfie with the verification process and having to wait 72 hours before trying again. Other than that the live support was quic and easy and when I wanted a live agent, I was connected with Henry who was the most helpful agent ive ever experienced on any platform. He was quic to respond, and soo helpful with any and everything I needed!!! Im beyond impressed, nd will continue to play on this platform! Thanks Henry for a pleasant 1st time experience!!

Save your time and money $200 worth of dead spins can't be made up rtp turned down majorly this company will be another fart in the wind and hopefully gone soon. Good grief find any other site

Redemption time is a little slow but overall recommend
The only thing that makes this 4 stars and not 5 for me is the redemption time. I play on shuffle, stake, winna, and myprize and they all pay instantly. I requested a redemption on Sunday afternoon and got it sent to me on Tuesday morning. Overall a good experience and I was paid out what I won which is all that really matters on these sites — so if you’re okay with waiting a few days to get paid I would recommend.

I am a new player here at Epicsweep so…
I am a new player here at Epicsweep so wasn’t sure about how it would go. After trying to get verified I had a little trouble. Contacted support and they responded very quickly to help me get to the verification. I’m very pleased with the speed of there help. I’m now getting verified in hopes to play here a very long time. Its a must have site for social play
Found this site by mistake and glad i did. Most sites make you wait for days to get your redemptions but not Epic. My first redemption hit my account in less than 7 hrs and my second with in 18. Has a lot of providers and there customer service is top notch. Keep it up guys and thank you for being one of the top 3 sites i have ever used.
