AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. I was initially dealing with their guy James but then all of a sudden he stopped responding me. The new guy they had me contact does not know what he is doing. I recently paid for a sign. Later he started lying after I sent the full payment. He said that the sign cannot be made with the agreed upon details. And this is not the first time. Every sign that they quote me, they say they are selling it to me on a breakeven cost.
