I spent $499.00 with them and got nothing but a bunch of headaches, a total lost. I was having problems with them from the very beginning and I wrote a review here and they attempted to extort me into removing the review before they would continue with the service. I ask them to publish the book and I would remove the review. Until this day about 8 months now I have yet to receive anything for my $499.00. The. The first time I disputed it with my bank and they said if I would stop the dispute they would continue, then when I wrote the first review on here they came back with a reply stating that they won the dispute which is a lie. The. This is an in house business that have found away to use AI to do the work and I can prove that by the scores that they should me that my manuscript got after they rearranged it. My next problem came when they wanted me to fill out a questionnaire answering question as to what I want the book cover to look like down to it's colors, now check never suppressed publishing I created all the book covers on my site and what I wanted to do is see if someone could do it better than I was doing it myself that is why I hired Epic to do for me but instead they wanted not wanted demanded that I provide them with my ideas to design the cover. What I expect from a professional was for them to use their expertise to generate a cover based on the manuscript that they were supposed to have proofread. In fact that is what started it all, I sent them a manuscript that is in the format that I have published all of my other books with and they would send me back something with different fonts on the first page. So, now I am going back and forth re-reading something that I had already read to get it to the point that it was ready for publishing. Then would correct the fonts on the first page and then I reading and find another mistake on the third page and in other areas. Now picture this you are working on other things and you have to keep stopping to re-read a manuscript to make sure that do have any errors, now you are behind. It is few of the in the same house that act like they transferring you to upper management and there is no click the other person jumps on the phone and start talking as if she or he was right there listening. Like I said check my site never suppressed publishing I did not need them I just wanted to see if someone could do better than what I was doing, All in all I guess you can say that I lack confidence in myself. Before you spend a dime on them you might want to write out your contract on what your expectation are instead of just signing a contract fake promises. And was going to write a review on the BBB site in their state but they are not registered with the BBB. In fact before I ever decide to mess with any of these people the BBB is going to be my first step and it should be yours to and if they are not registered that is or should be a RED FLAG

We are posting this to clarify the facts for anyone reviewing this claim. 1. All services you paid for were fully delivered. Your editing, formatting, proofreading, interior setup, and cover design work were completed and sent to you exactly as outlined in your contract. 2. We won the dispute filed with your bank. You filed a chargeback stating no services were received. We provided proof of all completed deliverables, communication, and timestamps. Your bank ruled in our favor, confirming that the work was fully delivered. 3. You breached the contract by stopping the project while requesting additional work. Even after receiving your deliverables, you halted the process, filed a dispute, and continued posting negative reviews—while asking us to publish more of your books. That is not a reasonable expectation. 4. Your claims of extortion or refusal to work are false. When a chargeback is filed, all work pauses automatically due to banking regulations. This is standard procedure for all legitimate companies. 5. The statements about our methods, staff, or quality are inaccurate. All services were completed by our team, not AI, and requesting your design preferences is standard industry practice. In summary: Your deliverables were completed, the dispute was ruled in our favor, and the contract was fulfilled on our end. Posting repeated negative reviews does not change those facts. If you wish to resolve this professionally, please contact us at [email protected].

Come true it has, from doing an amazing synopsis, book cover front and back, and having it posted on many platforms as promised. Thank you to Arlene and Sarah my project managers and Asher another project manager.
