Needed to edit a PDF just to sign a document digitally. Paid £0.60 for the service, I was also charged an additional £0.61 and £0.62 in a weird trio of transactions, I thought nothing of it, turned out somewhere it was a subscription service. There was no email to notify of this, then after 7 days I was billed £50. All because I needed to sign a PDF, which I paid to do anyway. Absolutely abysmal. I contacted the customer support who were not willing to make changes or issue a refund. We've all had instances like this before, and almost always get a refund if they can see you've not used the service. Not here though, absolute vultures. I'd avoid completely if I were you. I'm going to take it up with my card provider and hope they can reverse it.
