Sold me counterfeit products despite advertising that they were genuine AND confirming by email they were genuine. Received products and saw the state of them. Product was very bad quality, instructions were photocopied, etc Customer service (Connie) emailed me scans of CE/FCC Safety Certification for a clock radio to assure me they were genuine. They would not accept returns or refund. Don't be swindled by this person/company.

I ordered my goods long back, but i couldnot track and no response from them either. So I finally ordered from other online gadget store ChinaBuye.com. I received on time. But i paid double for both of them.
