i would never look at this website ever. Terrible customer service. i have purchased the products for 3 months and have ever seen them even though Samantha has sent email to promise it will be post right away. And Yes 3 times of promising made me to put an end for this transaction. i gave up and felt so mad. First experience ever. Well done and good luck for your business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ... THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT SEND ME MY MERCHANDISE ... ITS OVER 3 MONTHS NOW ... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ... THEY JUST STOPPED REPLYING TO MY REQUESTS FOR MY PRODUCT ... BAD COMPANY!!!!

Ordered a LivingSocial.com voucher from epacificmall.com for a 3 in 1 USB charger and out of the 3 cables, 1 works. I have contacted ePacificMall.com several times through email (as it's their only form of contact through their website) and no response. LivingSocial is also passing the ball to ePacificmall.com. All I would like is an exchange for one that works and it would have been nice to get a response back at the very least. Not a reliable online vendor if you god forbid have any issues with your order.

Purchased an item that was not as described, it was a fake. After returning the item I did not receive a refund! They said that they would but did not, I had to do a chargeback.

Bought a Google deal the 24th of April and ordered the goods straight away. Waited 1 week. 2 weeks. 3 weeks. .. at week 4 I wrote and asked what had happened. Apparently, they had forgotten all about my order and would send it right away.. WHAT?? I mean, how incompetent is that? It should have been sent shortly after the 24th when I ordered. Their order form was weird, but I followed instructions on the website (and w hile ordering several popups came up to try and sell me additional stuff- very annoying). So if you want your goods without spending time writing to the Company, DON*T SHOP HERE!!
