Ms.Huang from after sales service was helping me because my battery stopped working and she was very helpful. She was calm and patient and answered every question I had. She mad the process very easy and she even gave me a discount on the battery. She was very helpful and cooperative.

Great online service, though sending pictures was a difficult experience at times. They have to be sent in chat and not by email. The attach function in chat only works when you're live-chatting. None the less, great response.
