Definitely worth a five star review.This bike was shipped and delivered in one week. The setup maybe took 15 min. Everything came assembled for you other than a few small pieces. We have had this bike now since February which allowed plenty of time for an honest review and I would buy my e bikes from this company every time. Fantastic service. I even had to send a message for a replacement key and received a response within hours! Fantastic all around!!!!

I had a problem with my bike but the company was willing to send me the parts I needed to fix the problem

I've struggled a lot with companies being very difficult to work with, especially when it comes to getting help with warranty claims, but so far I've none with this company whatsoever! I love the electric mountain bike I got from them and I've been riding it daily since I received it. It was easy to put together, built with very sturdy materials (no cheap aluminum here), and feels really smooth to ride. However, I got in an accident a few days ago involving a wreckless driver speeding in the middle of two lanes in my neighborhood, leading to me crashing into a ditch trying to avoid a potential collision. Bike itself only suffered minor damage and saved me from suffering any major injuries. Only things that broke were the stock phone holder and a plastic clip for one of the electric components broke, which they were more than happy to replace for me after I reached out to their customer support about it. I'll definitely be buying from this company again in the future.

One of the best bikes I’ve ever ridden on I bought it in February of this year and it’s never broken down at all I ride it every day and and as fast as it will go out of the box and that is at the speed of 34 mph it is a very well made bike and very comfortable and very easy to use and ride and very reliable I have to say the only thing that I have to fix is the brakes pads needs replacing and I think the only reason is because I ride it so fast every where I go
