I have had my system for about 9 months now and very pleased with it. I had a small issue with my motion sensor because of my dog and when I contacted Envision they came right out and resolved the issue. The people there are very friendly and provide a very smooth transaction and installation. I would recommend Envision to anyone as I know they would have as good of an experience as I did.

I had just moved into my home and was thinking of a security system for my home when i stop the representatives driving bye. They were so polite and knowledgeable that i signed up immediately and have been very satisfied.

My experience with Invision has been top notch so far. Customer service along with weekly notifications allows me and my family to feel safe in or away from our home. The system itself is advanced but also easy to use. The one thing that really stood out was the professionalism that displayed while selling me this product, knowledge of the system and offering great customer service at the same time is something every consumer expects and it was given by your company. Thank you for allowing me to purchase this great product, I will be referring other potential clients.

Envision has been the best choice in my security system. They have very polite and friend members that actually care about the quality and performance of their product. The person that assisted me was Elio and still no anytime I have a question or concern all I need to do is send him a message. I wouldn't change this great customer service for any other because this speak very highly of the company.

We really enjoyed the people that came out to the house, the were very friendly and polite. They also knew how to relate to us. Following installation, we were able to call them with questions and they assisted in answering.

I've had the system just a short while and I am pleased with it's simplicity in operating it. My daughter accidently set it off a few days after installation and the response was quick. The gentlement who initially sold the system were very courteous and listened well for what I needed. I can easily say the same for the installer. 2 thumbs up as they say.

I switched from ADT to Envision due to their service contract for maintence. The tech showed up in a reasonable time for the take over system switch. Although he did not have enough time to complete the job on the first attempt due to poor installation by the orginial company, he returned the next day as promised. Upon completion the system worked with the upgrades.

I really like the system, I just wish the installer would have taken more time on the install. He was in a big hurry because his girlfriend was in the car waiting.
