The salesperson was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The system works is easy to use and works as expected. I luckily haven't tested the response time but have had them check in after a false alarm. It was quick and easy and made me feel safe. Logging on to the online system has not been easy as I lost my log in and the system to reset doesn't seem to work or didn't for me. I honestly haven't had the time to mess with it so not sure how difficult it would be to eventually resolve. I do think I would use other features though if I had them set up ie my phone etc.

I HAVE HAD ENVISION FOR 7 MONTHS. AS OF NOW NO ISSUES WITH THE SYSTEM, QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. AS OF NOW SO FAR SO GOOD

We have envision for about 6 days already we are happily happy with it, it is very easy to use they installed it right away the next day no troubles took a bout a hour or less very happy customers .

I was approached with a door salesmen in Oct 2014. It was a young and profressional guy. He was courtesy and very personable. He was selling Envision Security. I initially declined to this offer as I already had an alarm service through ADT. The guy encouraged that he felt Envision was better and could make me an offer and guaranteed I would like the service. I gave him a chance and listened and reviewed the information provided from him; I also conducted my own research during my freetime. I found out Envision was a legit company with good reviews. I then decided to move forward with the switch. It was an easy transition as Envision made it smooth. They even bought out my remaining contract with ADT so i was not coming out any additional out of pocket and/or fees. The only catch I did not care for, but was willing to go with the switch with Envision is that it is a locked in 5 year contract. Luckily, I just moved into this home and have no plans on moving anytime soon therefore i was okay with the locked in contract. Besides the 5 year contract, the service has been great, the transition was made easy and I still feel secured in my home.

We had our house broken into in September...very scary time. Envision responded quickly and gave us a great deal. Now when I leave the house I feel a little more at peace :-)

Thanks Envision for keeping my family safe. Recently my neighborhood experienced a high volume of home break ins. After living here for 18 years it was the 1st time we felt unsafe in our home, and we knew it was time to add a security system. I shopped around and made some calls to security systems companies. When I found Envision I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with company name. After doing some research I felt their technology and pricing was just what I was looking for. They came out the next day and installed what was needed for my home. The Salesperson didn't try to oversell me and was very patient. I am very pleased with the equipment and the service. For being brand new to sales and your company, we were impressed with Devon. Professional, knowledgable and punctual. His partner did a good job as well. Thanks for saving us money in comparison to ADT. I referred Don Zelenka to your company and he had entire system and camera installed. When and where will I see the $100????

We were skeptical because our initial interaction was with a sales rep soliciting door-to-door. We told him to come back at a later time that day because we wanted to do research. Envision was highly rated by Angie's list and by the BBB so we were comfortable hearing about their technology and offerings. We had another security company for 15 years, had no complaints but wanted to upgrade our system. We signed up with Envision and had their system installed the next day. Technician knew his business and did an excellent job. We would recommend this company to friends and family. The only reason we gave a 4 star rating is because we do not like door-to-door soliciting.
