Envision SecurityReviews of envnow.com

My husband and I where thinking about getting a security system and we could not be happier with whom we chose. Envision is wonderful and their staff is awesome. Lee is amazing. One of our batteries was dieing and he came out just an hour later to change it out for us. Very nice. Thanks for everything envision.

I am very happy with security system and my experience was great. I would refer this company to my friends.

Envision has great customer service and if for any reason our alarm is a false alarm their so quick to always e-mail me and call us to our alarm set up to see if we need help or if everything is okay by verifying with personal information. It's great how we also get to set our alarm from the cell phone and check if maybe we for got to set it up they have the best and convenient ways to be alert . Thank you Envision .

We purchased our security system from Envision after much thought. A salesman came to our door and introduced the service and I was actually already scheduled with a different company to install. We reviewed the company online, asked around, and then took a chance at purchasing their service instead. We couldn't be happier! The online access to arm/disarm and manage the system is great. We have already set off the alarm a couple times on accident (still getting use to having a home alarm and forgot to turn it off before we let the dogs out in the morning) and the dispatcher was friendly and prompt each time. Control panel is easy to use and we got a great price. We haven't had the service very long, but so far so good!

I've been looking at installing a security system in my home and had 2 companies selected to interview. I ended up going with Envision Security and have to say that the service was more than exceptional. Their team spent a great deal of time considering the specific security concerns I had and tailored the security system to address those concerns. My experience was that they carefully considered what I needed for my home, were incredibly responsive, and that their "team approach" was outstanding. Honestly, these days it a rare find to work with a company that treats you like a person instead of a product. I'm so glad I went with them, and feel so much safer now that Envision Security will be there to ensure I am protected. If you are looking for a security system for your home you should consider Envision Security. Personally, if you are fortunate enough to have Allan as the guy who assesses your needs, and Shane to do the installation, that's an added bonus.

Envision Security is one of the best investments we have made for our home. I am so glad we chose Envision Security to be our security for our home. Sales person who visited us was very friendly, trustworthy and upfront. We immediately felt comfortable with him that is why we did not hesitate to switch security companies. They were also very prompt and fast. They came the next day to install the security equipment. The one who installed the equipment was also very courteous and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining the features and equipment of what we got. Definitely recommend this company. You will not regret having them as your Security Company.

They r providing excellent service and installation.

From our salesman Dylan, to the install, to the service monitoring... everything was very professional and we're completely satisfied. We had our kids set alarm off accidentally a couple of times and it was just very reassuring how quick they responded. We definitely recommend Envision Security to anyone!
