Envision SecurityReviews of envnow.com

Envision Security is truely amazing. I've had them for a short time but WOW! I was on edge at first to sign on since I had never heard about the company before. I only learned of them when I bought my first home and the previous owner who was a retired firefighter used there service. My experience, I received a call that the smoke alarm had sent them a signal that it was set off, The representitive asked if everyone was alright and if i needed them to send for help. I did not have anyother security provider provide this type of security for my family before with any other Security company I used before. I didnt even know that followed up with a phone call! I am confident i made the right choice to switch to Envision Security.

We were approached by a nice young man who rang our doorbell. After listening to the improved security his company offered, at a smaller price, we agreed to switch to Envision. The installation was done a couple of days later, with no fuss. They even helped us when we had questions about using the 'key fob' a few days later, at no charge. We feel secure, and the monthly charge is less than ADT. And their system works mork effectively. We are glad we made the change, and would encourage others to consider the improved benefits as well 1

Customer service was great. No pressure to sell the product. You get more for your money than ADT! The install was fast and the tech were very friendly!

When the sales reps first came to my house they identified the need I had for a security system an educated me on how to use the security system every step of the way. I had even set my alarm off by accident for the very first time and the representatives over the intercom we're very nice and professional. Everyone from the sales representatives to the installer to the representatives on the other side of the intercom we're all very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice.

I am so happy with our new Envision Security System. So very easy to operate and the installation was great. I was an ADT customer for 20 years and not one day have I been sorry that I chose to make the change. Very satisfied with customer service as well. Anytime that I decide to test the system I have not had any problems working with customer service. The phone app is extremely easy to use. Couldn't ask for a better system. Such piece of mind.

We interviewed numerous security companies and ended up going with Envision Security. Their service team was exceptionally professional and easy to work with. They had the entire system installed and running within 24 hours from the time we first called them for a quote. We have had the system for a few months now and are pleased with the product. I would recommend this company to others.

We have had an excellent experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this local company. Sales guys were great, down to earth and easy to work with. We are grateful we went with Envision and highly recommend them to anyone wanting peace of mind and a great service!

I feel protected in my house when the alarm is on. Even when I leave my house and the alarm is on I can feel confident that I will find my home as I left it.
