We have been using the services of another company who has been in business for a long time. Actually, we had been covered by this company for about 14 years. It was about time to make a change & to update some of the technical parts of the system. We knew that there were innovations and upgrades with some providers that we didn't have. Now, we have better coverage when we leave the house and at night when we go to sleep. With the new system we feel safer than before. It feels so much better by changing to a new provider. We were very pleased with the experience. We are first time home buyers and weren't quite sure how the whole process worked. Willy was very knowledgable and walked us through the process. Both willy and his manager were very friendly and polite. The installer was very knowledgable and tailored the installation to our needs. Overall it was great customer service and the alarm works great!!

The techs were able to use all of our old hard wired system (except the keypad and controller of course) and also added a couple of new devices. Overall the service was prompt and the system was up and running within an hour of his arrival. The sales guys were very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. They also called me right back after leaving a voicemail. Good customer service.

I appreciate having the extra piece of mind having a security system in my home. The installation process was painless, the service agent was very professional and I've been quite satisfied with Envision's product so far.

We have had our new house alarm system for about 45 days now. The rep that came to "sell" us the system was very nice and knowledgable. They came out quickly to set our system up. The tech that came out was very polite did his job and explained to us how to use it. The system itself is very easy to use. I really like that you can arm and disarm from your cellphone or tablet. I also like that we can monitor and manage our thermostat from the app as well. This really comes in handy when we are out of town or simply forget before we leave for the day. The only negative thing I would say is that we have had issues with one of our window points. They have responded when we called to fix the issue but it took them three different visits to totally resolve it. We just got a letter in the mail from the Police department saying we have had too many false alarm responses and they have given us a $96 fine. We plan to call the company to ask them to take care of the fine, since the false alarms were due to faulty hardware. Honestly if they take care of this fine I would say they deserve the 5 stars!!!

There was a bit of a push from the sales person. Understandable but a bit aggressive. A person who may not be able to sift through this to get to the meat and potatoes of what Envision is offering may not get there with this kind of sales pitch. Installer was strong. Helpful, positive, and efficient. System seems fairly easy to use and very tech focused. Monthly monitoring seems a bit high. A bit concerned about that for sure.

We did have a few problems upon our initial installation. We noticed that many of our windows and doors were tied together and we had to bypass lower level windows in order to set the alarm with upper floor windows open. We called and Envision sent our technician out the next day to solve our issues. Our technician is very friendly and helpful and is willing to answer any questions or help us with concerns about our system at any time. We did have to sign a 5 year agreement (a little lengthy perhaps), however if you plan to use an alarm to protect your family you most likely will continue to due so over this period of time. The system is very user friendly and can allow us to schedule the cleaning crew or friends to access our home during certain times of day or on a one time basis, by giving them their own security code that can only be active during a specified given time. The mobile access to the garage opener and alarming and disarming the system has come in handy many times already. It is convenient if you go to bed and forget to arm the system; you can hop on your cell phone and with the click of a button arm your alarm. You can even turn the system off before you come in the door, so that you do not feel the hurried stress of getting to the box to disarm the system in time. Envision has helped us feel secure in other ways too. We can now tell if our children are going in and out of doors with the voice activated chimes stating if the front, garage, or back door are being opened. We recommend and trust Envision to help us solve any issues we have and know they will provide us with a peace of mind in securing our home and family.
