After having a competitor alarm company ADT I decided to look at other options just due to when calling ADT to aquire about upgrades and new product, now mind I've been a customer for 4 years, I was told to change product or add new equipment I would have to change my plan and instead of getting break I was going to be charged more as a current customer then as advertisement on television offered for new customers. You would think they would offer same or a little better deal to long term customers? I'm understand I won't get it free but being a long term loyal customer and to be treated as if I wasn't well that's where Envision came to door I heard what they had to offer and even had a second meeting it's them after visiting other one more option for security which was AT&T so I called Envision back to hear more told sales rep my into and prices from other security company's I looked into and they didn't just match features and equipment they went above and beyond so I would go with Envision security!

We were in the market for a home alarm and had already had a visit from a well known and used alarm company. Their representative seemed very dis-interested in being at our residence and that we should just be buying because of who they are. Envision Security just so happened to be visiting in our neighborhood and offered an amazing security package with a monthly alarm monitoring fee that was similar to what we had been quoted already. They had it installed the following day by a very knowledgeable technician and we received a follow up call from our sales reps to insure that everything was installed to our liking and to make sure we were happy with the entire system. They are also located locally which was a plus too. Thank you to Envision Security for making this such an easy and painless process.

We have just installed Envision Security System in our home. I like the ability to check my reports online and even in another state. I also like the different options we have with our new system that we never had before.

Signed up with Envision Security inc. From the start I could tell Shota, our sales Representative would go above and beyond to gain our business. Shota was able to answer all our questions so we could make a informed decision if the alarm system offered would meet our needs.. As well Shota insured us he will also be there if we have questions or require support in the future. The installer provided a clean, professional installation and the equipment used was top quality. I'm one of the most picky customers out there. I am happy to say from start to finish this is the company I would recommend for all your alarm and home automation needs. Everything works perfect!

Truth be told, I was very skeptical about installing a security system, however, my experience with Envision Security was exceptional. There truly is no price on feeling safe. All my dealings with this company have been more than satisfactory.....from the sales rep, to the install tech to the customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Envision Security to anyone who is considering a security system for their home!

I proved that they are honest on what they say. Thanks to an error that I made one day, that the alarm turned on, the company called us through the alarm, brought the cops here quickly, we explained the error to the cops which showed us that it really works. Thank you for your service.

I have been using ADT for past 8 years and there services have gone from bad to worse over the past few years. Every year the cost was increasing. One fine day, one Envision Security person knocked on the door and explained about their services. I decided to switch over as I was getting the much more services at a much lower price than ADT. Now I can control my panel from cell phone or over internet. Get alerts on Cellphone when something happens. When the alarm goes off I can actually speak to a live person over the panel itself. Even my garage is now protected. Overall I am extremely happy with my decision to switch from ADT

The system works well and as instructed. My only concern is that three of my fire alarms were not included with the activation. I mentioned it to the installer, but he may not have understood me. The security works very well, though. Thank you, Lorenzo Ortiz
