I was naive to think we would not need a security system in a new community. After our new home was broken in to, we called Envision because several neighbors had the signs in their yards. They came out on Saturday and installed on Monday. Nick was great and so was Ernie! Now my family and I feel safe again!

Great company from sales people to installers. Very happy with our service and equipment that was installed. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family

Chinito like he calls himself was the best!, so kind and helpful, he met me at my house afterhours and gave me a great deal, when the technician arrive he was very quick and took care of all my questions.

The salesman, Francisco, was great and knew what he was talking about. I had no intention of switching from my previous home security company, but Francisco and his manager, Shota, showed me what Envision offered. With how much i was paying, they showed me what additional security equipment i would get on top of what I currently got. Installation went smooth and the Tech was very perfessional as well. Long story short, I am satisfied with the equipment and how Francisco and Shota represented Envision! I would definitely recommend this company based off of my experience alone.

So far I cannot complain I am very satisfied with the alarm service and the customer support that this company gives me. I love the fact that envision waves the bill if police come to my house over a false alarm also the way a have access to my alarm via my mobile device. The one thing I don't like is the 72 month contract that I had to sign to get the service I think that if that is changed envision security is still going to have a lot of loyal customers. Also I was promised a panel update when the new system came in so far I have not been contacted by anyone yet other than that I'm a happy costumer.

We're very pleased with our new security system. The last thing we thought we would be doing when we answered the door is changing alarm systems. We're usually very skeptical about people coming to our door but there was something different about these guys. Mike and Marty explained their company and their security system. Envision offered much more to us than we were getting with "the other guys" for about the same price. We love being able to control the system from our cell phones and since we all have our own codes, we can see who's logging in and at what times. Shane, the installer, was also very professional and didn't waste anytime getting our system up and running. So far we are really loving our new security system. Thank you Envision!

It all started with a knock at the door... The Envison rep that spoke to me was very prepared to handle the typical resistant they get when approaching people at their home. I too was someone not being very open at first. However after hitting on some key point, the buy out of my existing contract, paying the same or less for more features, I did want to know more. Envison made it easy to make this change, they were out the very next day installing and now I am loving being automated to my cell phone with a home security app.

We recently switched over from a larger , very popular security system company to Envision and have been extremely satisfied since day 1. We're hesitate at first but Envision Security has proven to offer us more for our money . The system is easy to operate and gives us the convenience of control via smart phone without any extra charges. Everyone has their own password which wasn't an option with their competitor. Installation was quick and they came out right away. Pleased with our decision to give Envision our business! :-)
